Fitness Friday: Week Three

Three weeks in! Here's the breakdown for the week: Successes I'm still steering clear of caffeine for the most part. Over the last week, I had one can of diet soda and one 20 oz. bottle of diet soda (consumed over two days!) This is a giant improvement over the 3+ bottles I used to have every day.
